Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Corpmate (operated by Deepscore Corporate Consultants Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy
  • Once a service is purchased and the process has been initiated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • If you request cancellation before work has started, we may consider it on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you request us to pause or delay the service, it will not be treated as a cancellation.

Corpmate reserves the right to proceed with the service once payment is received unless a cancellation request is approved. By purchasing any service from us, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • If Corpmate is unable to initiate or deliver the service due to internal reasons

  • If there is a duplicate payment made by mistake

  • If the service cannot be completed due to reasons solely attributable to us

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Once the service has been initiated and work has begun

  • If delays occur due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you

  • If government authorities reject or delay the application

  • If you change your mind after purchasing the service

  • If the service is delayed due to external dependencies beyond our control

4. Deductions (If Refund Approved)

In case a refund is approved:

  • A processing fee may be deducted

  • Charges for work already completed (“earned fees”) will be deducted

  • Government fees, taxes, and third-party charges are strictly non-refundable

  • Payment gateway or transaction charges may also be deducted

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

  • Mention your order details and reason for the refund

Our team will review the request and respond within a reasonable time.

6. Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

7. Service Dependency Disclaimer

Many of our services involve coordination with government authorities and external agencies. Corpmate does not guarantee approval, registration, or processing timelines, as these depend on:

  • Government procedures

  • Verification processes

  • Technical or system-related delays

Such factors are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds.

8. Force Majeure

Corpmate shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions or policy changes

  • System failures or technical issues

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen disruptions
